  • This ulta is the worst place to shop..ever!! I am NEVER greeted upon entering and no one asks to help me. I MEAN NO ONE!! They walk past me but never offer assistance. I went in there a few days ago to replace a Clinique foundation and there was not a soul at the counter to help me! There is always just one or maybe two girls at the register with a long line, and the manager goes behind the desk to use the phone, not to open another register. If I ask a question to anyone they seem bothered and lack the knowledge they should provide. They never offer samples you have to beg but Sephora loads you up on samples! I love Sephora but this store is 2 minutes from my house. I'm always greeted at Sephora and are approached with a knowledgeable staff. The last thing that infuriated me was going in there knowing I had a $50 credit from all my purchases and it wasn't even offered at check out! I had to tell her I wanted to use my credit! And the samples I might get, the one or two are for acne! Thanks for the compliment but I'm way past those years. I swear each time I go it will be the last time it's just too convenient if not I would be at Sephora all day long and NEVER enter this store!! I don't even want to give them one star but let's see what happens.
