  • Not the best experience we have had at Joe's. The food quality has declined. Our server was far from friendly. He was obviously anxious to turn the table, offering dessert in the middle of our meal and trying to clear our plates while we were still eating, and only offering drink refill once my drink was completely empty for part of the meal.
