  • This company and Hayden are more focused on getting revenue than helping customers. According to Hayden they had a bad experience a couple of years ago fixing a system over 5 yrs old and got held liable by an insurance co. for a leak. So as a do-it-yourself-er asking for guidance on what specific filter media to replace the first words out of his mouth was - well we recommend you replace your system with a rental RO for just $36 a month. Really? My builder trusted you enough to install it and you won't touch the 6 yr old RO? So now instead of rent - "well we can re-build for $390". If you need cradle to grave and don't want to replace your filters - these are the (expensive) guys for you. If you want to do normal home owner periodic maintenance, do NOT buy any RO from these guys.
