  • Austen was absolutely incredible in helping us find the perfect vehicle for our family. He assisted from before we even arrived to the dealership because we had reached out for help. He began meticulously searching for the suv that would suite us best. At first, Austen didn't find anything at his dealership, but he mentioned that all the Earnhardt dealers share with each other and that he could expand his range. Within minutes he came upon what would eventually be ours. We were beyond thrilled and excited to see if this was it. He was kind and awesome enough to assist in going over to the Avondale Earnhardt dealer with us and making sure we received extraordinary service, which we did without a question. They had the vehicle, it was more than we could have asked for and we got an amazing deal on it. I wish everyone could go to Austen and experience the greatness in what buying a car is really like.
