  • Had two phones fixed - a Galaxy Note 2 (small crack on glass) and a Galaxy S5 (shattered LCD). Guy said to meet him at the shop in just thirty minutes because they do mobile repair, that is, they will drive to your home/business and repair your device and he was on a job. No big deal, I wait 45 minutes and drive to the shop, and when I arrive I give the guy a call and he says it'll be another 35 minutes. I sat and waited in the parking lot for that 35 minutes because it was too far from home and not a long enough time to drive there and back. That's the reason for 4 stars. The guys there did a good job on both phones, but they were unrealistic on time. When I said I was bringing my Note 2 in as well (an extra $80 repair), they didn't seem that enthused, but it appears to be working well. I wish they would have given me a timeframe on how long that would've taken because I wound up spending a solid three hours at their shop either sitting in my truck or just waiting on the Note 2's screen to "cure". It's a quality repair place - just give the customer a heads up on how long things take.
