The owner reached out to me about my review. I informed him that I was not happy with the quality of the bed base which cost $400, also I did not end up needing it, and I was unable to return it due to no returns on non bed items. When contacting support initially to return the item I even offered to pay shipping back.
He replied "I am truly bummed that your review is based on the something as simple as this foundation, but I really do hope that the mattress is working out for you." No real attempt at resolution. The foundation was 25% of the cost of my order, it was not a small part of it.
Still happy with the bed though.
