THE best decision I have made for myself in terms of fitness and getting healthy. Before I walked-in last May 2015, I hadnever really set foot in a gym or had a trainer. I was hesitant because of my lack of experience and lack of athleticism at the time. I started slow with Francis, who is still my trainer today, and he eased me into this lifestyle. He pushed, but not too hard, which I totally appreciated... I learned to push myself.
I participated in the Real 90 Program in the summer and am currently in the best shape I've been in for years. Although the program has ended, I find myself keeping track of what I eat, what I drink and make it a point to keep up with my training. I have a real drive to get better everyday! I'm glad I had the courage to give this a try.
