  • the owner was very nice... BUT they needed to be brought back to multiple windows to do a better job as they had missed quite a bit of dirt... he had a few highschool aged kids helping him out... they did also end up missing to clean a few small windows, that i didnt notice until they were gone. they had to remove some plastic/ wood decorative pieces off the windows and when they replaced this, it was not straight. as it was on the 2nd story, and difficult for me to do, i called atleast 10 times for them to come fix this. they made about 5 sppointments but never showed up.
