  • 2010 Kenmore Ultra was not putting out any water. After lots of internet reading, calling Sears Repair and reading Angie's, I chose Jerry. Sears wanted to push me into a $229 contract that would guarantee the work for a year..if it couldn't get fixed I could apply the cost to a new dishwasher. This made me suspecious. After leaving a call with Adams, I recieved a call back within an hour. He gave an estimated time when he would arrive. He even called enroute and arrived as expected. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 20 minutes. After reading other reviews I see he repairs many brands of appliances. Knowing that he is very familiar with Kenmore products, I would tell anyone with a Sears's product to call him before you even think about calling Sears Repair.
