  • Repeatedly ordered: fatty beef brisket, beef tongue, thinly sliced beef, beef chunks, king oyster mushroom (cook it with pork belly), egg soufflĂ©, and green leaf lettuce to go with meats. And the sauces needed refills frequently. Tried some varieties of pork belly. Tastes good but not impressed. Loved these Ban Chan (small plates of appetizers): kimchi, potato salad, pickled daikon radish (to go with meats and lettuce leaves) Only downside: it's so popular that you have to go before 6 to avoid ridiculously long waiting time on the weekdays, and before 4:15 on the weekends (yes, wait in line even before it opens)
