  • I was extremely nervous about our home inspection. No kidding, I lost sleep over it! But John really put me at ease. He spent nearly 3 1/2 hours fine-combing a 50 year old house we want to buy. He patiently answered all of my questions in reasonable language. He made me feel very confident in our purchase decision - he pointed out all the great parts of the house, the not-so-great parts, and everything in between. John showed me what to watch out for, what to fix sooner rather than later, and what repairs can wait. I learned a lot about houses, home repairs, and so on. I highly recommend John from Pristine!
