| - Free public transportation! Come on now, what is there to complain about!? I know that trolleys are more appealing than buses or trams and some might consider a trolley as adventurous or risky. As someone who has used public transportation in many cities, to me, this trolley system is top notch. Yes, the ride can be bumpy, as with any other bus line... so if you're susceptible to get motion sickness, know that upfront. To me, it wasn't a bumpy ride at all though. The fellow passengers were all older and obviously on for the site seeing adventure. I only rode at midday though.
I will admit, the wait for my very first ride was longer than the posted 10 minutes. The others seemed quicker. On one pickup, the driver was so kind and explained that she wasn't going back into Old Town, so we would need to take the next trolley. The next trolley was literally two minutes later.
There seemed to be stops everywhere. If there wasn't someone waiting at a stop, they just passed the stop up, so if do decide to go along for a joy ride, it doesn't annoyingly stop an go as transportation lines in other cities do.
