| - I went to Tonya on three separate occasions. The first haircut was great and I had a great experience. She listened to me and considered my lifestyle in determining my cut. The second time I went to her, she was extremely distracted, kept walking off, and left me sitting in the chair with half of a haircut while she took a phone call from another client. I was displeased with the experience and the cut wasn't great, either. For some reason, I decided to give it another go in hopes that she was just having a bad day. No dice. She gave me a terrible cut, and I didn't really see how bad it was until I got home and had to dry and style the next day. I then saw my friend who also went to her, and she had the EXACT same cut I had, and we have very different types of hair. She hates her cut too. Tonya has proven to be a one trick pony, and her one trick is pretty terrible. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning.
Aside from Tonya's negligence as a stylist, no one ever answers when I call the salon. I have to call several times in a row to get someone on the line, and when I finally have a real person, she has been quite rude. Each time I go, I have to wait several minutes before someone acknowledges that I've entered the salon and am waiting for an appointment. The salon is lacking in some customer service skills.
