  • The guys Rafael and Ozzy were great. After finally get approval from the landlord to have it fixed, they were on time & courteous. Even when I came home today & it didn't seem as cool as it should had been, Rafael came back, reset the thermostat on his way to another call. And best is he actually did follow ups to make sure it was still okay after that. Highly recommend this company if your AC goes out!!
