My mom and I stopped in to pick up my brother's bike (he was giving it to my mom) after it was serviced. We were attended to quickly. Someone rang us up ( a young lady) and someone else (a man) went to get the bike. When it came out, one of them noticed that it needed a little extra air in the tires, which they addressed right away. She explained what was done to the bike, we paid, and we were on our way. Everything seemed to be working well. They have stairs and ramp within the store to move bikes around. My brother's only complaint was that they waited a long time before telling him that he had to pick up his bike.
