  • Good food and coffee but shit customer service! They forgot my order and didn't even apologize when I mentioned I didn't receive my sandwich after 10 minutes! The employees were more interested in seeing who watched Breaking Bad and customers were seen more as a burden! I wanted to give this place a shot since I liked their Tuna Salad pretzel roll but I would much rather stay loyal to Starbucks. After this experience it's easy to see why Dunkin is never busy!!
