  • ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE. AWFUL. THE WORST. This company has failed to deliver supplies (lung drain kits) for the visiting nurses tending to my mother on multiple occasions. They failed right out of the gate. Upon being released from the hospital, we were told that these kits would be sitting on our doorstep by the time we got home. Nothing. So we called Edgepark on three separate occasions, waiting forever, and each time they told us that they would overnight the supplies. Nothing. We are on call #4 now to get these supplies delivered as my mother is scheduled for another drain tomorrow. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. We are horrified at the lack of urgency and pathetically poor customer service. I can't for the life of me understand why hospitals would put their faith in these people's hands. To say we are disappointed and disgusted with this entire experience is a huge understatement. If any of the top brass, shareholders, or big wigs of this company take the time to read reviews, listen up: YOUR COMPANY IS IN DIRE NEED OF COMPETENT, INTELLIGENT, EDUCATED PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND WHY THEY ARE DOING IT!!!! It is sickening that someone, somewhere, is making huge amounts of money off of people's health crises, and you actually could give a shi* about the important, time sensitive service your company is supposed to provide. You don't even deserve to be in business.
