From the moment I walked in Scott the store manager (or a manager) was super helpful. His first recommendation was something from the clearance section so he earned huge trust with me right away. Then he explained all the running shoes though telling brief anecdotes and personal stories. He hustled to find other shoes and even gave me a discount to try a new type of shoe. I ended up buying 3 pairs cus he was a rad guy.
I've never been in a store with so many size and options. If you go in, ask for Scott...that guy really really really just cares about people on a level deeper than just economic and commercial transactions.
The guy should be working in corporate creating systems for great customer service - and not just in apparel - but at any company - especially technology related spots where start ups are trying to pivot to their market. Scott would be a home run hitter.
