rev:text	First timer here. I've been long overdue for a haircut. The guy I normally go to left for China. Been going to the same guy for several years, so i was kind of frustrated to find out he wasn't going to be available. I looked up Barber shops on yelp and it led me to Jimmy's. I am sort of hesitant when it comes to getting my haircut. I'm a bit self conscious, I'll leave it at that. However, I NEEDED a haircut badly. After reading so many positive reviews here, I decided to muster up the courage and take a chance. I came in knowing that there would be a long wait, and boy, did I wait. I didn't care, I was there and I was determined to get my hair cut. Once it was my turn, I let Jimmy know that I had some scarring on the back of my neck, among other things, and also asked him not to mind it and just cut like any other customer. He calmly replied that he would and just his tone of voice made me feel a bit more at ease. I then explained to him the look I was going for and showed him a picture. We worked out the details and got started. As he was working on my hair, he gave positive input and I was feeling more comfortable and enough to spark up small talk. I have to say, Jimmy and his wife make a FANTASTIC team. Somehow we got on the topic of Thanksgiving and I started to open up a bit more and by the end of it I felt like I was a regular. I really enjoyed talking with them and I gotta say my hair looks AWESOME! Jimmy explained different ways I could style my hair and just how versatile it was. I legitimately enjoyed my time in the chair. The wait was long but after today, I would wait again. Overall awesome experience and superb cut. Thanks for everything, I will be coming back!
