I wish I can give it zero stars but I gave it 1 so parents can hear me out.
I went with a friend she was dropping her son off for the first day and as we walked in all I heard was kids crying from the left and to the right of me which is not a good first impression.
What got my attention was the infant room. I saw an infant boy on his back screaming at the top of his lungs and his face bright red. I was concerned. There was one teacher in there and I notice about 2 infants total. I timed her to see if she will notice the poor boy. It took about 15 mins until my gut couldn't take it anymore. I had to mention it to the front desk and so I did.
What shocked me was as I mentioned it to the front office they started to argue with me. I looked puzzled "Why are you arguing with me for being a concerned mother?" her argument was that the teacher has been there for 6yrs and she leaves he granddaughter there blah blah but then she said "kids get red when they cry, you know?" I looked at her and said to myself not my 3yr old.
Luckily my friend was dropping her son off in the toddlers room and he was doing fine or I would've of told her no lets go.
