  • Today, I called THIS company and the person answered the phone and said 'transportation'. ME: 'I'm sorry, which company am I speaking to?" HIM: "Transportation" ME: "What company?" HIM: "Look ma'am, if you don't even know the company you're calling..." ME: "I know who I called but when someone answers the phone and cannot even say the name of their own company, it makes me nervous" He hung up but I think I got my FU#$ O$% in before he did. Who the hell are these people? Do they not know the name of their own company or refuse to say it? why? Don't I have the right to know who the F#$% I'm calling for a ride? Get the F#$% over yourself 'transportation.' No wonder people use Uber. Pffft.
