I've had nothing but problems with the children programs. When we had put our 2 kids in swim classes, they started out at the same time and then changed their classes as the progressed and gave us times very par apart so we had to drive on different days and sit and wait in some cases for an hour between classes. We asked for 2 months for them to fix this and they said, "We will look into it." But, they never fixed it and we just kept driving and being inconvenienced. Also, they kept switching instructors on us and it made our 3 year old uncomfortable. Anyways, when we told them we were cancelling the classes, they quickly came up with a solution to fix the scheduling and offered a free month of classes, but at this point it was too late. Fast forward to a year later and now we have another problem. We set an appointment for them to watch our infant, 3, and 4 year old and now that we arrived, they said they can't do it today because it's summer and they can't accommodate us. We are cancelling out membership. Waste of time. Very disappointed.
