  • Lived here for about four years and had decent experiences until we decided to move out...I initially paid over a $800 deposit fee and I'm still walking away with hundreds of dollars in charges for some things that would be considered normal wear and tear after four years of inhabitance. I was told if I called about those things before I moved out I wouldn't be charged for them (how does that make sense?). Every person I've talked to that has lived here has said that they've experienced the same thing. The manager is nearly impossible to get ahold of and if you do she is very snobby and unprofessional. On the other hand, all of the leasing agents are very helpful; we dealt with Jeff almost the whole course of our living at Allanza and he was always awesome to deal with.
