North Movement Studio is a breath of fresh air; airy, bright and full of light. It's a gorgeous space with all the right touches. Once you enter you'll be immediately welcomed by the lovely Anna Harris. I've been fortunate to know Anna for the past few years as boot-camp in the park trainer extraordinaire, however, she's a talented pilates instructor by training.
Anna's pilates classes are both fun and challenging. As the least likely person on earth to take a pilates class Anna's enthusiasm, detailed instruction and cheekiness make you want to come back for more ab curls and planks. Plus, a day later when you wake up and feel the burn you know you've had the most productive workout possible.
North has everything from pilates mat classes to massage (awesome and super talented RMT Sharlene has got your back) to Chiro and even an in-house nutritionist. They've got wellness covered.
