  • We have always rented from Fox. Referred them to family and friends. At this moment My Mother in law has a car reserved for this week. We have a van reserved for two weeks from now. Turns out we have less people coming, no longer need a van, and requested to switch to a small SUV. Since we made the mistake of paying in advance, now Fox wants an additional $70 for us to cancel the van reservation, and re rent the SUV. REALLY Fox? It's going to hurt you in some way that we only rent a small SUV and not a Van? Don't expect to be taking any cars from you after this one. Hope that's worth the $70.
