  • I am the president of an HOA. We had this company do a $60,000 paint job on the community. They have done a horrible job. They didn't fulfill the terms of the contact. Handrails weren't sanded, dusty buildings were painted, windows and doors weren't property taped, rails are still the original color (underneath). They asked to do a final walk through before the doors were even painted?!?! The job was done in a hurry (job actually took MONTHS!) and with no attention to detail. Unit numbers were painted over. Paint all over the ground and foliage. They painted cars and used caulk to fill in stucco cracks!
