  • Bad experience with straight line Plumbing. The technician shows up 2 hours late, First time. I had to skip work the whole afternoon waiting for him. Second time a different technician came and swindled money out of my wife. First time, I paid him Once $150 to connect a bypass pipe and in the process he messed with the water heater causing it to trip and next time the technician came and checked the switch box and said its doesnt trip giving an estimate of $250 to fix it. He took $30 for it making my wife to trip the switchbox. When she did sparks came out. I am really apalled by their service. This company is Just a ripp off. Bad business ethics and practice will never do business with Straight line, there is nothing straight about their business.
