For 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was repeatedly told that the next available tech support person would be there to help me. Yet no tech person ever showed up. I told a couple of the many, many unoccupied sales & check-in people that I had a disability that made waiting difficult. Each went off to search for the missing tech person. No dice. Eventually I had to leave as pain escalated. Obviously this store regards repair customers as stuck and so to be treated as poorly as possible. This includes making appointments for times when no one will be available to help. I'd made the appointment more than 24 hours ahead, so there's no excuse for this rotten service. Luckily there are other Apple repair options in town.
