I usually love going to Sprouts and feel good about the money I spend to keep my family eating healthy...
However the customer service seems to be lacking to say the least recently except for a few exceptional employee's that greet us by name as we r there so often. ..
Here are some sugestions... when it it's nessary for employees to gather in a isle don't make your customer ask 3 times to get by PREEMPTIVELY MOVE!!
When I come up to check out... say hello a greeting goes a long way... ask me how my day is and if I found everything ok... then ask how I prefer my food bagged as I bring my own instead of throwing my food in a bag..Treat my food with respect don't slam it around placing heavy items on top of expensive organic food smashing my fruit and bruising my meat...
ABOVE ALL SHOW SOME APPRECIATION FOR THE CUSTOMERS U HAVE BY TREATING THEM WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... I PAY MORE TO SHOP AT SPROUTS AND EXPECT TO BE TREATED BETTER THAN WHEN I'M SHOPPING AT WAL-MART! !!! Disapointing to say the least
