  • Not even 1 star because I am so frustrated and in tears because of the deal I bought for 2 back massages and 2 pedicures at this place. I scheduled my appointment 2 months ago. When I showed up for my appointment they were not even opened. Wasted my time going there, paying for parking and waiting for nothing. I am trying to get a refund back but they won't let me because I purchased my deal off travelzoo. Travelzoo keeps telling me their refund policy is only 7 days. So now I am stuck with two vouchers that I couldn't use and do not want to reschedule for. Wasted my money and time. Very unhappy.
