  • Very disappointed in the experience I had with the owner....had been going there over a year as a Tempe Resident. Since moved to Central Phoenix but wanted to go to the place where the employees always had a smile and greeted me knowing my history. I had never met the owner, and understand it is a pre-paid location. However I walked in hoping to drop off my 1 shirt to get cleaned and pay for it upon pick up. I had mentioned I was able to pay for it the last time I had it dropped off....and before I could even get finished. The owner (male) stated he was the owner and we dont do that, he was very defensive and completely cut me off in conversation. He was stiff as a board with no personality, and horrible customer service. I later called to voice my disappointment, and his response was "I was trying to buck the system" I was in shock he made that conclusion without even looking at my account, nor knowing the history....however if I told him his customer service skills sucked, I was getting personal. He reminded me how they are the #1 Cleaners in the Valley.....guess my small but loyal business is no longer needed.
