After a long day at work, I decided to come in on a busy Friday night for a bowl of ramen because I had a craving. I was just a single party of one at the bar around 6:30pm. They took my stamp card and redeemed my free appetizer. My green tea came promptly and I got gyoza after 10 minutes. The wait for my ramen took about a half hour, they served a table of 4 people that came in after me, and they screwed up my order because I originally wanted a Classic ramen, but on bill was Kogashi ramen. After I brought that to waitresses attention, they could not change ticket because that was what they said I was served so I was annoyed because it cost a dollar more than I wanted to spend and they refused to correct even though it was not my mistake. I was so tired, just wanted to go home so let bill slide to just get out of there after an hour. Ramen was alright, not as flavorful as previous visits so had to add condiments and the gyoza didn't have any taste just texture even though it looked like tiny meat in there, had to use chili and gyoza sauce. This used to be my favorite ramen spot on Eastside, but may not return. I miss when customers were able to get what they wanted, but I guess that is too much to ask for.
