Came to return a product that was purchased the night before. The product was new and had never been open. The return was denied because according the Sales Associate "Lilly" they couldn't return it! As soon as we asked a different sales associate she didn't see a reason why I was denied to return the Eyelashes that were never used nor taken out the package. She was kind enough to help us out. LILLY was super rude and if she doesn't have the time to really help her customers then she should find another job!! Never been so disappointed with Sephora.
