  • I was so afraid of repeating my cousin's homebuying fiasco which led to bankruptcy. I couldn't make myself take the plunge and start a loan process for a long time. Owning a house in Las Vegas would remain a beautiful dream for me and my family if had I not met David. Twice I was rejected by banks because I had a payment issue with my student loan in the past, but David assured it won't be a problem. He is a fighter and never gives up! My favorite loan officer did some magic with my credit and my score went up 42 points! David Copperfield....Oooops! Sorry....David Ghazaryan (ha.. ha..) is an amazing loan officer. He did a great job and ended up getting me pre-approved for a loan with an affordable price. I also loved the way he takes each case seriously. He kept updating me all the way to the end and explained what was needed from me to make sure everything was in order. He went out of his way to get us ready for the closing ASAP. If something went wrong or something unexpected happened, I didn't have to wait long, everything was immediately settled by the team. Highly recommend David to those who are on the Las Vegas market for home loans or are looking to refinance. From my experience I can say you will hardly find someone more knowledgeable and helpful in the area. Thanks David, my first toast in my new house was to you!
