rev:text	I give it 1 Star bc it's a very clean, nice looking office. The service is HORRIBLE.... this is the 2nd time my kids go for their physical and I am completely unsatisfied. Physicals shouldn't take 20 mins for 2 KIDS!! In California my kids pediatrician use to take about 1 hour PER CHILD for their physicals, she use to take her time, check them ask them and me questions, explain everything she was doing to them and give us time to ask all the questions we needed to ask. At Desert Valley i was literally in n. Out in 30 mins for 2 physicals, I had a list of questions for the Dr. didn't even get to ask and it's so sad that I don't even know who my kids Dr is in California my kids were always happy and excited to go to the dr. Here they complain and don't want to go and I'm pretty sure they've never even asked for my kids medical records from California. Also, a little advice for the dr's please read your patients charts before ASSUMING, in California all immunization charts are English/Spanish on each side this Dr assumed my kids were from Mexico bc she was reading the Spanish side, she kept asking were in Mexico was my Dr office and I was so confused, until I told her my kids have never been to Mexico. After this last ridiculous 20 min visit for 2 physicals I'm calling my insurance and seeing if I can take them back Cali to their Dr. I don't mind driving 5 hours for them to see their Dr. I rather have happy, healthy children wanting to go to the Dr than angry children that are dreading going. At DV when I do ask a question Dr says on next visit we will check that or bring her/him back!! Wtf for so you can get paid again!! Omg most definitely will be taking them back to Cali and I'll use PCH urgent care for all other needs. If you like speedy service and don't ever have questions and don't mind coming back like 10 times for what can be resolved in 1 appt then this is your place. Also my daughter wears glasses and from some miracle she doesn't need them anymore according to DV.
