It's been a year now since my husband began his fitness journey (I joined a few months later after knee surgery) and Underground Fitness and personal trainer Cody is exactly what we needed. Cody has superior knowledge about anatomy, physiology, and metabolism which helped change how we both eat and exercise. I've been a regular exerciser for years, but am stronger than I've ever been. My husband has not exercised with any regularity but now is 5+ days a week and looks/feels great. Cody's workouts are appropriately challenging for each of us. Plus Cody's fun and funny which makes working out a joy.
