My friend and I purchased the living social vouchers for a shellac mani and pedi. I called the day I purchased, and the gal stated to call back once we have the voucher numbers. Ok-- no biggie right?
I call the next day to schedule appts...first time I called, the gal asked if I could hang up and call back in 30 min. because they have no receptionist and everyone was with clients. I call back 30 min later and they were already booked out for a week so I scheduled a time 2 weeks later, and come to find out you can't use both services at once. So I scheduled our mani's. We tried calling back to schedule the pedi's for 3 days and no one ever answered. Left messages, no returned calls. E-mails... nothing!
Then I read the reviews on Yelp-- and read that this same exact thing that happened the last time they had a LS/Groupon deal. They had sold 672 vouchers and I couldn't imagine that with limited stations in the salon and the inability to make an appt-- that we would ever be able to use the thing before its expiration. Both my friend and I ended up returning the vouchers.
Piece of advice... hire a receptionist!!!!
