This is the sequel to the Terminal Barber Shop and I am glad that it's a "Empire Strikes Back" type sequel where some would prefer part 2 and others will prefer the original.
I was skeptical at first sight as this did seem too optimistic to expect it to bring in the same charm the Terminal Barber Shop does. Walking in the first thing you notice is how roomy it is which is a far cry from the Terminal Barber Shop, there was only one barber in house at that time who I later learned was in fact the owner of both locations. And he really did do a great job with my cut (my hair is amazingly uncomplicated though) but I appreciated his speed and the right level of conversation. The cut cost $22 and like the original, I don't think they accept anything other than cash.
I'm not sure if he will continue doing cuts here, but I really hope he does. There does seem to have some more work left to do here as only 2 seats are set up, and there seems to be room enough for 2 more. But for the moment, I prefer this location over the original just because it's less busy and the quality of the cut I received was actually better. No short head massage at the end though.
One more thing to note is that you should expect to be eye candy for passer's by as the location does offer a clear view to pedestrians, I don't know about you, but I would rather watch someone getting their haircut over eating Subway while walking by :)
Sorry ladies, it's still only guys served here! :)
