  • WORST experience ever with a Las Vegas business!!! Contacted Colleen's about a bedroom set I was trying to sell and they said it looked great - didn't ask any questions about what it was made of or age, etc. and I sent many photos. At the appointment for pickup the employees didn't have the right tools (a 6mm Allen Wrench) to take the platform bed apart so I gave them mine but they still couldn't figure it out. Only after they couldn't get the bed apart did they then tell me that they don't take furniture made out of particle board (what did they think? A modern platform bed was made out of solid wood??). Not only that but the main driver/employee said that the furniture was cheap crap and wouldn't sell! Super RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Colleen's should be embarrassed. I missed 2 hours of work to deal with this and then in the end they left my furniture a mess while putting it back together. I called the manager of the store and she said the driver's have the right to make the determination that furniture isn't good enough for their store! What a disaster. DO NOT USE AND DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!!
