  • Happy update: I'm pleased to write that I've finally had a great experience with Bill Luke thanks to the General Sales Manager, Chris Knaub. He listened to me and was very understanding. He went as far as offering to buy the car back! We came to a mutual negotiation and I'm pleased that he was kind enough to hear me out. Kudos to Chris for being kind, helpful and very fair. :)
