  • We got the AS4 but it turned out to be too stiff. Mike H helped us facilitate the return which was quick and easy. My only critique was that Amerisleep requires that you must keep the mattress for 30 days before returning it. We knew that it wasn't right for us pretty quickly, so the fact we had to sleep on it for 30 days wasn't ideal. Still great customer service overall.
