| - As a work out freak and gym rat, I love variety and get bored easily. I did running and yoga for many years. Back when my kids were super little, I used to pass The Body Lab and I'd see all these hard bodies leave and think, "wow. I need to try that one day".
Then, two years ago, I was talking to a friend who said she did Megareformer pilates and it leaned her out and toned her up. Encouraged and influenced by her opinion, I gave it a try. Been hooked ever since. I do it every day (if I can) and have yet to tire of it. I've had the best results I've had in years. Butt, legs, and oh... abs. After an enormous hernia with my second child, probably the strongest abs I've had in years.
If you're looking for an easy class, this is not your class. If you're looking for great teachers (they're kind, fun, super experienced) who will push you and get you results, this is your class. Emily, Adam, Danielle, Kiki- to name a few- are the best! Beware, you will get addicted!
