  • Got to them since they contracted with our insurance company. They told us they'd be out "within the hour." 90 mintues later..we called. "He'll be there in 20 minutes." 45 minutes later..."he's just down the street."...(You see where this is going?) Finally, we cancelled and called for a different company. Of course 10 minutes after we cancel their driver shows up. Long story short, he DRAGS the front bumper along the concrete in the street to drag my vehicle uphill into his flat bed. Little regard for doing a good job (he knew I was already annoyed that he took over 2+ hours to get out here. SAVE YOURSELF SOME AGGRIVATION...use someone else!
