  • Ridiculously good service. Called Bestbuy for Geek Squad to repair the TV and quoted me $950. I was not going to buy another TV after my Samsung broke down in just 13 months. Called Ben and he diagnosed and picked up the TV, gave me an estimate there and gave me a full quote over the phone. Paid less than half of the quote that Bestbuy gave me and within a week I had my TV back. Sounds like the only reason it took a week was because my part was out of stock. Solid job!
