I brought my daughters car in for new tires that I had found on the Firestone website. When I first brought the vehicle in the tire I originally wanted weren't in stock, so the service advisor asked if I'd like to upgrade, I said no because I budgeted for the one I found online, so he said no problem and called around to other Firestone's and found the tires and said the car would be done as soon as they got the tires in from the other store, I said problem.
When I picked up the car, which is a Suzuki Grand Vitara, service advisor Brian from store #358040 said my alignment was off and they took care of it at no cost to me since we bought 4tires. I wasn't expecting that. I thought that was nice of him to take care of my daughter and I that way, and I knew I had to come home and write him and Firestone an excellent service review, because not a lot of business especially automotive business give anything away as a good gesture.
