  • Please do NOT rent at this apartment complex!!! Until they change management you will not receive the experience you deserve for the price they charge. I lived there for a number of years and it has steadily gone down in quality and service. My air conditioning went out numerous times during the summer and the response time was slow to resolve. The property manager Soana is not concerned with customer service and evidently does not care about retaining tenants. Until they change management I would not recommend. There are too many other options that offer better service for for the same price! UPDATE: Thank you for your response. I just ask that you you reflect that in your actions vs words. The customer service issues related to dishonesty on hidden charges at the end of lease were the last straw for me! I am glad that you are acknowledging you need to improve your service and have posted a response. I have had no other issues with anyone on staff besides Soana so I am happy she had recognized she needs to make some changes. Hopefully things will be better for future tenants!
