  • Frys Electronics has been a staple of my my life for a while. I was in this location on 5/13 and 5/14 to purchase a computer desk. Despite things not being overly busy, I left the department empty handed due to the folks in the computer department choosing to not walk over and find out if I needed assistance. In an age where Amazon is a major competitor that's steadily killing brick and mortar stores off, one would think they'd prioritize greeting and assisting. I wouldn't have even gone in the second time, but the department manager David called me and convinced me to try again. Needless to say he's the only reason I have 2 stars instead of 1. It's obvious the leadership wants the store to do better, but the culture at the frontline level is one of "if you're not making a big ticket buy, we have no time for you." I'm going to take a told guess and assume the Company's Core Values aren't being honored.
