  • The administration staff here are all very friendly & remembered me by my name! Nicole who first registered me as a patient & took my insurance information was very nice as well as Luann, Jessica, Pamela & Danielle! I initially saw a different doctor at Westfield Eye Center who performed an eye duct plug procedure who wasn't very nice but a couple days later they fell out so they rescheduled me to see Dr. Singh. He introduced himself, shook my hand & made me feel very comfortable the whole appointment. He also was very informative plus recommended another option to help with my dry eyes which was never told to me before, then made sure I didn't have any other questions before he left. Another great thing was that he was not in a rush like most doctors to get in and out of the exam room. After talking to Dr. Singh I chose to have punctal cautery. He talked to me the whole procedure for both of my eyes so I knew exactly what was going to happen & he informed me of all the things I might experience in the healing process. I am very happy with the results. Thanks so much Dr Singh! I would definitely recommend him as an ophthalmologist for anyone who is looking for one!
