Here's the deal...they offer great deals on groupon and livingsocial, but they are OVERLY pushy with tipping so it ruins the entire experience. The lady who did my facial actually handed me a tip "envelope" and as soon as you walk in there is a message about tipping, in the paperwork you complete tipping is mentioned, and it never stops. Although the services are discounted on groupon/livingsocial, you are still spending $100+ so it's not like it's free for customers. If they are trying to makeup for the % that groupon/livingsocial takes from businesses then they need to stop using them and transferring the cost to clients through tipping. I've had 2 IPL treatments done and have seen zero results. Elsewhere I have seen results after only 1 treatment. The machine they use seems old and outdated and the process itself is nothing like other IPL's I have received elsewhere.
