  • The worst credit union in all of Nevada. I was in the location on Losee Road and Craig on Friday, January 20, 2017 and the representative I dealt with was Matt, obviously his forte is not in customer service. I was trying to deposit a check in my daughters account, and according to him that is not allowed. So I went to an ATM and got cash. So as I was trying to hurry and get this taken care of Matt now says he cannot deposit CASH in her account because I left my drivers license in the car. The entire process was two hours long. I would rather pay an Western Union Fee before using "In Touch Credit Union".
